Erin M. O'Toole received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1982. She then attended the University of South Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Science in 1989. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1993.
Erin was an Assistant State Attorney for five years. During that time she tried over 50 jury trials to completion. After entering private practice, Erin specialized in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability and long-term care, and tried numerous cases to conclusion. Before joining Bush Graziano & Rice, P.A. in February 2007, Erin was associated with the Clearwater firm of Milcowitz & Lyons, P.A.
Erin is a member of the Florida Bar and the Clearwater Bar Association. Her practice focuses on long-term care defense, medical malpractice and products liability.
