Attorneys

Erin M. O'Toole received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1982. She then attended the University of South Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Science in 1989. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1993.

Erin has significant trial experience in state court.  She was an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County for five years where she tried over 50 jury trials to completion, as well as over 100 bench trials.  After entering private practice, Erin specialized in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, long-term care, and tried a number of cases to conclusion.  Erin's practice area also includes the presentation of professional licensees, regulated entities and interested parties before regulatory agencies, and the Division of Administrative Hearings.  Before joining Bush Graziano & Rice, P.A. in February 2007, Erin was associated with the Clearwater firm of Milcowitz & Lyons, P.A.

Erin is a member of the Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar Association and St. Petersburg Bar Association. Her practice focuses on administrative law, medical and dental malpractice and products liability.
