Eric T. Olson graduated from the University of South Florida in 2002 with a B.A. degree in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2006.
Immediately prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Eric was associated with the Tampa office of Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., where he specialized in the defense of nursing home and medical malpractice claims.
Eric is a member of the Federal Bar, the Florida Bar, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Eric's practice focuses on long-term care claims and medical malpractice defense.
