Brian Haskell attended the University of South Florida, receiving his B.A. degree magna cum laude in 1999. He received his M.B.A. from Stetson University in 2002. In 2002, Brian received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Stetson University College of Law.
Before becoming associated with Bush Graziano & Rice, P.A. in May 2007, Brian was an associate attorney with the Tampa offices of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue & McLain, P.A.
Brian is a member of the Hillsborough County and American Bar Associations as well as The Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Brian's primary practice areas are medical malpractice, products liability and long-term care.
